I love double stuff Oreos. I have to ration my exposure to them in stores, or else I will buy and eat all the double stuff Oreos. Mmmmm. Oreos.

This is all.

Oreos are pretty great, though I'm a classic-level-of-stuf girl myself.

I like The Art of Gluten Free Baking: she specifically mentions that "healthy" gluten free stuff is way different than trying to find gluten free substitutes that will make yummy things as close to the desserts she can't have anymore.

Health food desserts... I don't get it. Just eat healthy for meals and eat the fully bad for you desserts in moderation.

Right? I mean, I'm all for gluten free baking! And I assume you could make something gluten-free that was adequately Oreo-esque. But that doesn't make them healthy.

I'm pretty sure regular Oreos are already vegan.

Sadly no - the number two question on the Oreo FAQ is whether they're suitable for vegans, and it says no because of "cross contact of milk." Which is... oddly poor English.

I cannot lie. Once I tried the Mega-Stuf Oreos, I could not go back to the Double-Stuf kind.
