Er, Nathan: Claire's going to 'come home to her family?' You and your wife are about to have SUCH A FUN CONVERSATION, let me tell you. I thought that Nathan's wife died in that car crash he flew himself out of? I haven't seen absolutely every episode, though, so maybe I misunderstood who she was? Because maybe then I wouldn't have thought it was fairly scummy to not even try to grab her on his way out of the car. :(
I'm sorry about Isaac, too. That was one nasty way to go and rather overtly Christ-like. He was just so resigned and I guess he was still feeling awful about murdering the former girlfriend but...*sniffle* I'm glad he managed to do one final thing in sending out that comic and I bet it saves our heroes' behinds when the chips are down. Poor, tragic Isaac.
Let that be a lesson in safety, kiddies. Never publish your address in your comic book.
The car crash was a flashback. It was the first time Nathan's powers manifested themselves, so he didn't actually *plan* to leave her in the car. She's paralyzed now and in a wheelchair.
Thank you! Obviously, some of the bits I missed were fairly crucial ones. I'm not nearly so peeved with Nathan now as when I thought he abandoned his wife to die.
I suppose he couldn't go through a door if he couldn't trust himself to beat Sylar's telekinesis, but surely he could've gone around a corner or something?
I was a little miffed about that too, but then someone reminded me Sylar also has super-hearing. So it would have been kind of hard to either sneak up on him or sneak away from him.
