This is an excellent video - very emotionally charged and with your choice of music kept very much true to the movie. It’s been quite a while since I watched this film but I remember feeling at the time how powerful and thought provoking it was. What you have done has brought it all back for me ( ... )

Charmax,

Thank you so much for leaving such detailed feedback. I'm so happy you enjoyed the video and that it brought back what the movie meant to you while you were watching it. I love the song too, Katy Rose's music is overlooked but her album is actually really good. I heard this song on the credits of the film and thought it would suit Tracey really well - I'm glad you think so too :)

Indeed emotionally charged. I like it, but I don't think I would watch it many times. It's too emotional for me. See, this movie reminds me a phase an old friend of mine passed when she was 13 because of peer pressure too. I don't know what happened to her since then, she moved to another place and I met her only about five times after that (she stopped contacting me).

Anyway, it's nice to see you two vidding again.

Zohar.

I can understand why this video, and the movie Thirteen even more so, can be hard for people to watch. I think nearly everyone can directly relate to the film, or they know someone who can, to some degree - some more than others. I'm sorry about your friend, but you never know - maybe she's doing better now :)

(Dor, not Zohar):
I'm not so good at criticism, so I'll just say the first things that come to mind. Hope it'll be good enough.

I really do love it. It's a great song andfits the video story-wise (as much as I can tell). It's synchronized quite well with the transitions, and the overall outcome stirs alot of emotions, even though I have never seen the movie.

I really liked the way the video started and ended with the same scene. Gives it a sense of completion though a bit of recursiveness, which is not a bad thing.

So, A good video, really.
Bunny.

Thanks for your comments Dor (and of course they're good enough ;)). I'm glad you loved it and you thought the ending was a good completion to the video. I realized I've done this in almost every one of my vids after I'd finished Lemon - it must be a recurring trademark of mine, hehe.
