Some trees

When I was very young I used to wonder if the trees missed their leaves after they all fell to the ground. I had forgotten that thought until I saw this tree the other day.

Actually JM, I took it in downtown Ottawa off Elgin facing the Cenotaph war memorial and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Wow! Just occurred to me another reason for that sad look!!!
