Yes, they are year-round in these parts. Far more timid than some of our other species like Jays, Nuthatches, Woodpeckers and Chickadees.

Heh, nothing humble about the ones that come to my feeder... they're all "OUT OF THE WAY, CHICKADEES, DADDY NEEDS SOME SUNFLOWER". ^_^
