My mind has been blown

I know this happens to so many of us, but yesterday I heard news that has pretty much blown my mind.

Yesterday morning, my dad retired.

The plan, pending board approval, is for him to essentially be re-hired half time, at 1/3 the pay.  So, very likely, he'll be there for another few years.

That's not so weird to me.
