Visiting the Pre-Raphaelites

J had a meeting in the West End yesterday so we decided to meet up and go for a meal. As I needed a bit of a break from making copious cups of tea for my roofing guys (the roof is nearly finished, yay) I decided to go up early and visit the Pre-Raphaelite exhibition at Tate Britain. I can't wait to see that exhibition!

And cheers for the roof being done, too.

We're still stuck with the scaffolding for the moment but I am very pleased that all the roofing work is done!

The exhibition was very enjoyable, crowded but not uncomfortably so. I hope you like it.

Many hugs back :)

Hurrah for the roof! And I have pre-Raphaelite envy - I remember spending hours, years ago, looking at Pre-Raph paintings in Birmingham.

Some of the Birmingham pictures had travelled down for this exhibition. It was good to see things I'd only ever seen as book illustrations :)

A definite hurrah for the roof!

Yay for finished roofs and Pre-Raphaelites! Sounds very interesting - I must persuade Mr Cee to go at some point!

It's on until January I think so you have plenty of time.

The roof took less time than we thought it would though we are still stuck with the scaffolding at the moment. Once that's gone I shall be ecstatic!
