It was really good! The squash was initially a bit unexpected, but it was really nice -- kind of had the same place as the ricotta in a lasagna, you know? There's a crapload of it left over, so it's good that we liked it.

I made pumpkin chili yesterday for some of the same reasons. Sue's folks just gave us half their pumpkin harvest this year. It has been interesting trying to find new ways to eat it.
