August Reading List!

I didn't get nearly enough read this month... I have at least three other (really good!) books started, so those should appear on next month's list.

But for now, here's August!

1) The Demon's Lexicon by Sarah Rees Brennan
First in a trilogy
YA, Ages 12+Two brothers, Nick and Alan, are on the run with their crazy mother, trying to avoid the evil

Hey, I read Shiver & Demon's Lexicon & Prada & Prejudice this summer too! I enjoyed all of them.

I ♥ Alan. He's got the sexy bookseller thing down. I can't wait for the next book from Mae's pov!

Oh, and I think Shiver is the first of 3.

Yay! So many good books...

I'm really interested to read Mae's perspective. Being in Nick's was fascinating, but Nick being, well, Nick, there was a lot about Mae I wasn't getting & wanted to. I added The Demon's Covenant to my wishlist already :)

I've only read The Demon's Lexicon atm although I am dying to read Shiver!

I got to a bit in TDL and I was like, "Wait. Translating Sumerian? THIS IS MY DREAM MAN RIGHT HERE!"

I am such a loser.
