Title: Bits and Pieces
Author: katherine_b
Rating: It depends on whether your mind habitually resides in the gutter…
Summary: The Doctor has a new game for them to play.
Word Count: 250
Characters: Ten and Donna
A/N: This story was written for time_converges who bid on me for the Support Stacie Auction. Jen’s prompt was: Ten/Donna or Donna and both doctors 'complicated'

“It has to go there.”

“Donna, I can assure you it doesn’t.”

“All right, Spaceman, there’s no need to talk to me like I’ve never done this before!”

“I can guarantee you’ve never done it like this before.”

“You’re making me difficult for me to put anything anywhere with your hands there!”

“If I move away, they’ll fall off.”

“Why didn’t you put them in better the first time?”

“What was I meant to do - tie them down? Donna, do you have any idea how physically impossible that is?”

“Just as long as you don’t suggest I do that to my bits.”

“I wouldn’t dare!”

“I bet you wouldn’t. Oi, don’t put that there! I was just about to put this there!”

“Let me see. Okay, maybe yours does go there.”

“Thank you! Knew I was right.”

“We’re never going to get this finished!”

“Oh, I’m sorry, Mr ‘I can get through this in two minutes on my own’! I thought you sounded like you were enjoying yourself! At least, you did when we started.”

“Now, don’t be like that, Donna. You know I couldn’t be doing anything other than enjoy myself when I’m with you. It’s just that I thought we’d have done more by now, that’s all.”

“I guess I do have to agree with what you said before - it’s definitely one of the more challenging things I’ve ever done.”

“Donna, I am absolutely positive you’ve never done a six-dimensional jigsaw puzzle as complicated as this before!”
