I know allergry free baked goods are ALWAYS big sellers and they gather a lot of word of mouth so that next market people will be looking for you! That's when you need the business cards! ♥

I think the next market here is in 6 months *g*
I don't want to go into making cakes properly. I can't afford the commercial kitchen thing. Just selling some cakes at a cake stall thing. But yeah. I know how hard it is to find anything you can eat. Especially in a small town.

The melatonin helps a lot. Doesn't make me sleep when I'm really in insomnia mode but helps the rest of the time. I still wake up in the night but only 2 or 3 rather than like 12 times.
It still takes a long time for me to fall asleep though. I take it early evening and see how I go

I took it for almost a year and it still worked by the end of it. I obviously don't produce enough of it myself. Common in people with CFS of some kinds though.

It worked for a while for Ruth. Not all the time though but then she has periods where insomnia is bad and other times where she doesn't have any trouble at all. I tend to have trouble all the time. Either not sleeping or sleeping 12 hours.

Brum got this in a 2 for 1 sale and it cost about $17 plus $7 postage. I got 360 pills in there. There are places you can order it from here but it ends up costing a bit more. I think someone on my CFS list said they paid about $25 all up to get it sent over.
As long as you don't try and bring in more than two bottles it seems to come through customs okay.
