Apparently I really pushed hard today, as far as quad work goes. For the first time in... well, since surgery... I'm able to lift my right heel up from a soft surface when my leg is stretched out. You know, that last little bit of extension that requires the muscle just above your knee, on the inside of your leg? The one that only activates at full ( Read more... )

So today I managed to get everything done as far as running around that I'd set out to do - though I barely remembered to schedule physio, and just got it in thanks to the cell phone. And here are the results:
