yayyy that's so exciting! eh, when i dormed it was an absolute shit hole, but i was away from home, on my own, which made it an awesome experience in myself. i didn't care that it was dinky and the vents smelt of mold so we had to put laundry sheets in the vent to make it smell nice and the elevator always broke down and bees were coming in through the windows. i had a room, and it was mine! haha. good luck!!!!

Ha, wow that does sound like a crappy place to live. But you're right! The excitement lies in the fact that you are living with friends and have total freedom over everything :D
