... aaand I totally thought I commented on this once already, but the comment's vanished, so just in case LJ is being persnickety: *sob* there are some really nice touches in this, but they're obscured by THE PAIN AAAH WHAT HAPPENED TO NITA? I *demand* explanatory fic! :P

That story is beautiful and yet awful because of the ones who've gone. But that just proves how good the story is. Because they're subtle and at the same time manage to make me tear up a little.

Awww. Very nice transitions in this one; I love how it starts out as as birthday fic and turns into something more. Also, balding Carl made me laugh, despite the context. Thank you!

Finding this a bit late, but I really enjoyed this. I liked how subtly you manage to suggest so much about everyone's lives -- Dairine's, and (balding!) Carl's, and Kit's. But mainly you just, you know, KILLED ME DEAD with the "But where did Niiiiita go?"-ness. Ouch.
