The reason I ask, is that I'm running an online class right now, and am interested in hearing other people's good and bad experiences with other online class providers.
I assume you've emailed the webmaster/teacher? I do that sort of thing all the time. Perhaps they didn't realize people really were using the RSS feed to check for important updates. Some webmasters are dumb.

Yeah, I really need to learn macrame... I stopped at friendship bracelets. ;)
(True bit: my Ma was a macrame master (hmmmmm). Before some @#%^ movers lost them, my Ma had made these wall hangings that were fabulous. One was a lion with a huge mane (thing must have been 3 feet tall) and another was a giraffe (even taller). We have a smaller hanging she did, which was packed with Christmas decorations and not lost, of Santa, which we put up at Christmas. I found the patterns for the lion and giraffe, and want to see if I can make them.)
This may be tmi, but...meepJune 11 2007, 15:53:44 UTC
Oddly enough, at the past few knitting/macrame conferences I've been to, a friend of mine has been showing a particular tie? that is based on a friendship bracelet tie - I think the box tie, but I could be mistaken.
It's only a guess, but I think it's a weekend class from a world-famous fetish diva who so loves a certain green colored melon liqueur that she uses it for her scene name ;-)
