Conversations with my PT

A week ago, I was walking back from the ice skating rink when my knee started spasming and just plain hurting, in the place that the good doc warned me about. My knee basically hurt for a week, with aching and soreness in various places, and I got freaked out that my body can't even handle fargin' ice skating. On Monday, it felt like my knee was ( Read more... )

I'll be interested to see if you think "Gang Leader for a Day" was as awesome as I thought it was. Hooray for magic PTs, also!

Oh, you liked it? I don't think I remember reading your review... I think it was stmachiavelli who had rude things to say and of course there are some cranky Amazon reviewers.

Were the rude things to say about the utter stupidity of the researcher in getting himself into the situation he did? Because if so, I totally agree with that. He was not just dumb but WHOA dumb. But knowing that he at least got out in good enough shape to write the (to me highly entertaining) book leavened that somewhat, because in the writing style you can tell that he realizes how epically stupid that was.

I like Saccio. I have all his courses, I think. I'll have to check.

[see, I'm such a goooood customer, they tried to entice me with an 85% off sale today. Because that worked 3 weeks ago when they did it to me. Look, I haven't finished those ones yet! I've got a huge backlog!]

Actually, it was your recommendation that caused me to look at his lectures: otherwise, I've had enough Shakespeare education.

Shakespeare: 50% more money for double the lectures, but covering only half the plays (and likely the half you're already familiar with).

Broadway: lectures on a subject that seems to be of greater interest to you that by your own admission will be almost entirely chock full of new bits of knowledge.

Why is this even a poll?

Have you tried sea salt soaks for your bellybutton? Those often calm down cranky piercings.

Ooh, good idea, thanks!

(I still don't understand why it decided to be cranky after two years.)

I hope it helps!

Navel piercings have a tendency to be crabby. If you caught it on clothing, are under the weather, or changed the jewelry recently, that could cause it to get irritated.
