Yeah, I was annoyed that it didn't give anything useful away.

Also, I like Murphy a lot better when seen through Harry's POV than I do when seen through her own. I found her pretty annoying when speaking for herself, which disappointed me. She seemed flatter and more caricature-like.

I've read the spoilers for the next book and I'm not particularly excited, to be honest. Like, don't throw this back in my face in four months, but maybe I'd've been okay with that being the end of the series.

What I found most annoying was that Butcher doesn't do a very good job of making Murphy's voice different than Harry's. Half the fun of the Dresden Files books is Harry's snarks in his head and the way he thinks, but that doesn't mean Murphy couldn't be entertaining in her own way. I almost wish he'd gotten someone else to write Murphy (and Thomas)'s stories.
