Fri morning, my fave track star didn't run away fast enough, so I shanghai'd him into watching me run on the treadmill. He commented that I run very inefficiently, in ways that might be aggravating my underlying ankle issues, but based on his comments, I'm thinking of hiring a running coach. Commit to doing the exercises. Promise yourself you won't go to bed, or eat dinner, or something important, until you do each day. Have someone call and nag you. Whatever it takes to make it happen, do it. I am very glad I had my friendly, live-in nag to make sure I did my exercises when I was recovering from breaking my foot. I know I got all the way better MUCH faster that way.

Oh, and your life sounds remarkably full to me. Glad you are able to fill it with so many adventures.

Glad you got to get out there climbing. [grin] I feel couch potatoish in comparison; today I was looking at slankets. Ugh. Rehab sucks rocks; I am ready for it to be over now. Tomorrow, back to the arm bike.
