Thanks! And yeah, we've heard really nice things from the neighbors - it feels good. Apparently, the last people who lived there kept it in even worse shape than we'd realized.

I think our neighbors would all die of shock if either Mr.Ghoul or I spent nine entire hours at a time out in our yard. :P Speaking of which, I need to mow. And a bunch of other stuff. Maybe I can get the kids to help me finish cleaning out the driveway tonight.
