You're not too late.

Where did you get your skirt? Do you have a link?

Oh, btw: once you put your last name out there, you can't take it back. (Well, I'm sure you can edit your profile, but you know what I mean.) I haven't posted my maiden name, and people still find me, including some completely random people whom I've never met. I'd rather stay blinvisible, or as blinvisible as I can on Facebook.

See, that's how I feel too. I finally just made myself searchable, so we'll see how that goes for a bit before I do anything totally hogwild.

OMG I LOVE YOU BUT, CORDUROY. I BEG. I BEG YOU.

anyway spelling aside I want that whole outfit, except I would totally wear it with one of my 20938395 new pairs of heels bc that is how I roll. whore-like, mostly.

Hee! Oh, I knew that didn't look right, but I don't generally do spell check, and then I got distracted and forgot about it. SORRY I AM CHANGING IT RIGHT NOW.

I need new heels, only they are so so impractical for my days (up and down the stairs seventeen times, walking to and from lunch and the bus and whatever else). I used to not care, but I somehow have turned into someone who apparently does care. Even though I still generally try on all the impractical heels in the store.

I AM TOTALLY WAITING, by the way, for that guy who yelled at me re: Sarah Palin hair to come cut me a new one for the spelling thing. to which I say: I AM A REPORTER, DUDE, THIS IS WHAT I DO, AND ALSO, KATE GETS ME. THANK YOU SMOOCHES!

to be honest when I am feeling lazy I switch to flats. but I do a lot of sitting on my ass in this job so I figure my feet might as well look pretty. :) I SUPPORT YOU!

Hah. I'll keep an eye out for him.

I want my feet to look pretty too, and there's a part of me that secretly wishes that we had a dress code because I love heels and skirts and stuff, but then I remember how much I am obsessed with jeans, and I sane up.

- Peanut butter blossoms, which are peanut butter cookies with a Hershey's kiss pressed into the middle. Alex was BRILLIANT this year and bought a bag of Special Dark kisses to go with the regular ones, and I maybe died a little

Ohhhhhhhhmigosh. Those cookies with Hershey Kiss in the middle are my FAAAAAAAAAVORITE. Can you tell I'm starved for GOOD COOKIES over here!

I also got totally fake Uggs from Target in black and brown, and so I wore the skirt (which is a dark red) with super cute black patterned tights, black fake Uggs (WHICH ARE SO COZY I can only imagine how awesome real ones are), and my dark grey wool sweater to Thanksgiving and, I must say, I looked faaaaaantastic.

That DOES sound like a fantastic outfit. I remember when you posted the skirt, I totally was jealous and cannot wait to go home and buy cheapy basics like that at Old Navy! And also, real Uggs are like loving hugs for your feet. SO SOFT!

I've never loved PB Blossoms like Alex does, but man, with the Special Dark kisses? I want to eat them all RIGHT NOW.

It is a fantastic outfit and, in fact, I am wearing it again right now. I love this sweater - it is a million years old, but it's cozy and has a big turtleneck I can snuggle into and is from J. Crew but ISN'T too small (probably because I've had it forever and it's all stretched out, but oh well) and I kind of want to marry it.

When I started Facebook, I was very specific about NOT doing that, because I kind of actually hate a lot of the people I went to high school and college with, but now...well, now I want to be all IN YOUR FACE about how awesome my life is. So. Talk me into it? Talk me out of it? MAKE MY DECISIONS FOR ME, LJ.

I feel you on this ... when I was doing not so great right after graduation I barely touched facebook because I didn't want anyone to be alerted and look at what I was up to, but now I'm like, "LOOK AT ME WITH MY DREAM JOB AND MY LOST WEIGHT!!!! WOOOO!!!" That was my favorite part of being home for Thanksgiving, too. I agree that once it's out there, it's out there, but I also agree with jasminelily that you don't have to friend anyone you don't want to. I don't know what the right answer is for you. Go with your gut. As long as you wouldn't be embarrassed by anyone finding what you've posted, I say go for it.
