I'm sure this is way TMI, but who cares... I used to get UTIs all the damn time, every time I had sex. Now? I get up and pee afterward. Every time. I haven't had a sex-related UTI since.

No, it's not fun or romantic, and it breaks down some of the warm post-coital snuggling, but in my experience it's worth it. (Of course, knowing my luck you've already tried that, and it didn't work. If so, I apologize.)
