"Welcome to the Saturn family!"

If you'll recall, I have a '97 Saturn SL2. It's a piece of shit and sounds like an '87 Impala. But that's probably because I haven't had the cash to to drop a few thousand on a proper tune-up/repair, and because I'm used to Japanese cars. I call her Senora Incognita when I'm feeling affectionate, because otherwise it has no personality whatsoever. I'm sure you will be very happy with your purchase (my best experience customer service experience ever has actually been with Saturn corporate, since everyone in the Northeast is mean).

OMG, I am totally insane. I read this entire post and replied thinking you were someone else. And then I'm like, "Wow, Mongolbbq really gets around... how does she know Kate in Ohio?".

So, apologies, you probably had no idea that I have a Saturn. But I do. Yeah.

LOL, s'ok. It drove really nicely, I didn't notice it being loud. The Saturn dealership is unlike any other I've ever been to, probably the only dealership I left without thinking I needed a shower to wash the slime off. :)

Ugh, "The Core" - I was trapped on a flight where the only options were that, the movie with Shirley Maclaine as an ex-president's wife, and "Everybody Loathes Raymond". Actually, with those options, I'm still glad I chose "The Core."

Hehehe, I would have too. But you have to understand, me and one of my friends from college thrive on going to see cheesy disaster movies... the cheesier, the better. We giggled through The Core and The Day After Tomorrow. I guffawed during War of the Worlds. Gotta love that pseudoscience.
