FB can only do public entries, so I had to change my default to public. For the time being. :)

Are you testing posts from Facebook to LiveJournal, or the echo of LiveJournal posts onto Facebook?

The echo from LJ to Facebook, and how one might need to adjust FB settings also to get it to stop.
