For Scadians: what does having a persona mean to you? How important is your persona in your SCA life?

When I'm participating, it's not really important to me at all - in the 13 years I've been in the society, I've never solidified a persona. But I have friends that are very into having a persona.

As I play longer and longer the more important I find persona to be to me. I really enjoyed telling my "in persona" story at the Bardic Roundhouse and would like to do more of that.
