Woke up at 5 in the morning with a completely inexplicable panic attack. Oh joy.

I blame the Limburger.

You might be right. Cheese is dehydrating. If I go to bed dehydrated, I toss and turn and fret about *nothing* for hours. Once I realize what's going on, I have a large glass of water and stay up reading for a half hour or so till I get sleepy again. (I know someone who has to make sure to drink something after a pizza and not go to bed dehydrated, otherwise awful nightmares follow.)

I don't know if it's scientifically so. However, treating it as if it were takes care of the nightmares and "frets."
