Theologically, is the "word of God" as in the Scriptures identified with the Word of God as in the logos?

In the new Testament, yes. In the Gospel of John (which was written in Greek) the opening verse is "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" All those "Word"s are "logos".

(Not going to try to transcribe the Greek here -- I've forgotten what the usual transliterations are...)
