(I hadn't heard anything about any ankles injuries, either. Obviously I'm failing to mix with the wrong kind of fan. =:o} )

I went to Torchsong and he told us (via video chat) he had stepped off his deck wrong (the deck being something like just a few inches off the ground) & snapped his ankle, which was why he couldn't fly to Chicago. IIRC he never said anything about that being a secret.

I'd heard he told the audience at the Cabaret something that was supposed to be a secret, but I did not buy a ticket for that. Apparently the secret was about the car crash? Yeah, two separate incidents.
