At a vegetarian restaurant I picked up one of those teensy free Buddhist books, Liao-Fan's Four Lessons, which dates from the Ming Dynasty. Oh, that's excellent.

Thich Nhat Hanh compares anger to running down the street after the arsonist, instead of putting out the fire in your house! :)
