thanks! yeah, i'm looking for more daddy!keller fics but there seem to be almost none. I've read only 2 fic- out of the zillion or so i've read so far- of him having interaction with Holly. I should have wished for it for the Oz Magi.

if you know of any, particularly with him and Holly, I'd love to read. keep your eyes out!

Have you started to watch SVU? My good friend Jenn, surreallis, just started a new journal devoted to Meloni. She's a terrific person and you should go meet her sometime. And if you get into SVU and Meloni in that role, she writes excellent fic.

For what it's worth, I thought the movie itself kind of sucked. I mean, it wasn't horrible but it's a fairly typical killer-virus movie that's been done a dozen times since 28 days later. And Chris is only in about half the movie.

It's worth the watch just for that last scene he has, but I'm sure he's been in better movies with much more to do. Of course, I have no idea so I could be totally wrong. I'm new to the Meloni.

Stay strong. It should be on DVD soon. ; )

I WATCHED THE MOVIE I WATCHED THE MOVIE. *does a little dance* I put up with occasionally blurry screen and spanish subtitles and sometimes muddy dialogue, but I watched it and OMG Meloni! He does so much with his part. I won't say more because I don't want to inadvertently (sp?) spoil for anyone else. Maybe I'll make a post on my own LJ.

I really liked it though. It got bogged down a bit at the end, but the first 45 minutes or so were stellar. Apocalyptic movies are my bag, baby. :D

I had to come to your journal to comment on your comments (heh) about the big waste of Lee in the clips you linked to over at leeloni. LOL, I agree with you on everything, especially Mischa Barton falling down the stairs. THANK YOU for not making me sit through that whole piece of crap tonight. I can watch Ghost Hunters live instead!

He really was wasted in this episode. I guess the only motivation he had for killing hookers was his faith? That seems...overkill.

I even thought the Elliot/Billy forehead touching scene was gratuitous and pointless. Or maybe they did it so they could circulate all those on-set photos!

The one good thing was seeing Delaney Williams, aka Sgt. Jay Landsman from The Wire as Mischa the Prostitute's lawyer.

it really was such a disappointment. i mean...yay for them actually being together again. but i still can't help but feel cheated somehow.

mischa falling down the stairs was the highlight of that whole episode. that little sound she made was freaking hilarious.

the scene between chris and lee really was gratuitous, but i knew it probably would be. and i'm grateful we at least got that!

i think i was bummed that, even for an svu ep in general, it sucked!

I posted about the episode in my LJ and some Friends and I had a lively debate. Most people were glad to have seen him, and I thought it was a wasted opportunity and a victim of yet another asinine plot "development." Bah. They should have waited on a meatier role for him.

If you've read any Oz fic since 2006 you know me...I also wrote that long winding story known as the Smile Series that starred Elliot and Toby if you were into crossovers at all. I've written in Supernatural fandom and in X-Files as well.

(Edit) And it just occurred to me that you may have read all about the Oz Season 6 DVD signing that happened way back in 2006, where I was first in line. I think people linked to me all over from that.

Yep, that's exactly where i know you from. I've been searching for one of the dvd images (the one from the leeloni banner!) forever and you had a bunch.

I finally found the person who took the pic, and she said she'd send it but it never happened. : (

Of course, i could very well know you from x-files days and fics. i've read tons. I'm an old fandom hag. I was around even back then. It scares me to think that x-files started 15 years ago. feels like it was yesterday.
