Life in the Baruch household continued on as normal; werewolf aunts included.
Family and friends were over at the Baruch household to celebrate the twin’s birthdays.
Both twins grew up beautifully, but wanted very different futures for themselves.
Rina rolled Family/Popularity and wanted to be responsible for educating the small minds of the next generation.
Ziva on the other hand rolled Romance/Fortune and wanted to become a celebrity chef.
Aaron was nearing the end of his high school education and brought home high grades that made his parents very proud. They had told him to focus on his education before pursuing a career, which gave him more time before he confronted his father over his dreams to work in gaming.
The twins on the other hand needed a little more supervision when it came to homework.
Nicholas was now officially considered the neighbourhood’s general practitioner, and decided it was time to open a clinic to see his patients at instead of only conducting home visits. The twins, since reaching high school, had also been rather vocal about having their own rooms, and so they finally constructed a new home.
Nicholas’ practice was at the front of the new building, the entrance hall leading to a small but functional waiting room with an adjacent toilet for patients.
The consulting room was clean and functional, and had the advantage of having all his medical supplies at hand.
Now the teens weren’t so embarrassed about where they lived, they began bring around their friends from school. Nicholas and Skylar didn’t mind, on the strict understanding they were to stay out of their father’s practice.
It had actually been Ziva who had brought home Peter Simpson but it quickly became clear he was smitten with Rina. Soon the two were officially an item.
Ziva didn’t mind though, she had never had any trouble finding romantic company of her own.
All that changed though when her when her childhood best friend Castor Brandon confessed he had feelings for her. She had never intended on settling with only one person, but being with Castor just felt right.
Although Nicholas had never had a problem with Ziva’s friendship with their neighbour, romance was different and he made it clear he’d be keeping an eye on them.
Castor awkwardly laughed it off but Ziva couldn’t believe her father had actually said it. She bet he hadn’t said the same thing to Rina and her boyfriend.
And she definitely knew he wasn’t enforcing any strict rules on her brother and his girlfriend.
Ziva decided she was really looking forward to moving out.
