Oooh, it's so nice to see that old terrain being used :) I used it as my terrainreplacement for Riverblossom Hills for a while, IIRC.
The randomizer sure threw you a tough combo, didn't it? So many pleasure and romance sims! Romance sims can be domesticated quite well though, in a happy relationship such as (hopefully) that of Caitlin and Samuel :) A knowledge sim as the founder makes a whole lot of sense, in my mind they tend to be the curious ones that want to get out there and discover new things :)
It's been great to meet your families, hope to see more of them soon! ^^
I love this terrain, it's interesting but not overwhelmingly enormous :D
The randomizer certainly made it interesting, but as you say romance sims can be domesticated :D
A knowledge sim stood out for me as a good choice, but that being said, I made William last and also desperately needed something to balance out all those romance and pleasure sims!
I'll be posting the first weeks adventures soon :D
This challenge sounds like much fun! So much so that I think I'm going to give it a try - off the record, of course! ;P Your background stories and peoples are very interesting and I'll be looking forward to seeing how it all unfolds :D
I have been having a ridiculous amount of fun with it, I hope you do have a go, on or off the record ;)
Creating the back stories was a fun challenge as their aspirations and personalities were random, it's what I like so much about nepheris's rules, there's an actual focus on the characters themselves.
The pleasure Sims probably won't be so bad, but good gravy, two Romance Sims. At least you'll have a lot of drama on hand. Romance Sims always find a way.
BaCC's are so addictive once you start, why wasn't I warned :P
As long as the Romance sims are able to, um, be entertained, they're not too bad. My problem with Pleasure sims is that juggling bottles and couch jumping doesn't keep them out of aspiration failure for long, but so far so good. And oh boy, a huge yes on the drama :D

Romance sims make great parents and spouses. After avoiding them as a noob player, I changed my mind about them.
As for pleasure sims... yeah, at least a couch and a coffee machine are all it takes to keep them more or less happy...

I'm often surprised by just how well behaved romance sims can be when they've been domesticated, although there is always exceptions ;)
I'm surprised I haven't had any breakdowns yet, all they seem to constantly want to go Downtown, which is really useless as there isn't one!
