My watch battery pops out with my fingers.

Funnily enough, it used to be that Target would sell me watch batteries, but refused to change it themselves, unless I'd bought it at their store. But they'd change the leather band for me. At Kohl's we are allowed to replace batteries from watches purchased from us in the past year, and we will switch out the watch band if you have bought it just now. The problem being that if it isn't from us and we break it in the process of doing things to it, we can't replace it with the same thing. (As has totally never happened to me.) Mostly this consists of arguing for ten minutes with old ladies that we sell that brand but not that style, until they call their children who say no, it's from Penney's. Supposedly we can sell watch batteries, as there are batteries with barcodes and prices and batteries without, but we are all rather vague on that, and never charge people for them.
