Sarah is having back surgery this afternoon - Mrph :(

If you are laid off while the company is in Chapter 11....
- no severance
- no 60 day notice
- no outplacement services
Luckily they can't refuse to pay for unused vacation.

I am still employed.... just hoping to stay that way through the whole restructure.

I just watched a segment of the 60 minutes interview with John McCain where he says that all the adds his organization are running about Obama are fact-based.

Would that be the same as based upon facts? Or based on a true story?
