As we enter hour 14 of the headache that wont go away I wonder if Im actually going to make it to the gym today. I just have far to many things to do today. And Jesse's back today so a board game night this week is eminent

I managed to lower my buddy thomas' cholesterol level by writing up a diet for him that was high in flavenoids. The basics are simple:
Red wine (two buck chuck from trader joes is fine) 3-7 times per week. (the alcohol also allows LDL to pass through the cell barrier) Green tea (iced or otherwise) as a casual drink. Dark chocolate for desert (note: must be quality dark chocolate)
Well I dont really care for wine and I rarely have chocolate.. Cheese is the bigger issue. I did buy some lemon green tea I just keep forgeting to bring it to work.
For all I know its low now from not eating red meat and as many saturated fats but since I dont know im probably going to worry until I get my test results early July.
