Once you've cycled the list completely, you can pick out a new list. Unless the company is completely anal about their passwords, they shouldn't have an issue with you using a password from one program in another when it comes time to change.
well, you see, what you do here is hire a midget to hide in the computer. then say thatyour computer doesntwork. then, whent the systems administrater comes, the midget jumps out, shouting things in his native icelandic toungue and literally scaring the systems administrator to death.

I had to do the same thing at DirecTV.
I made a list of 6 passwords. Every six weeks, I would rotate said passwords.
First week.
P1 = example
P2 = test
P3 = yayexample!
P4 = yougettheidea
Second week:
P1 = yougettheidea
P2 = example
P3 = yest
P4 = yayexample!
Its a simple way to remember your passwords :)
