Hey, I know you probably won't take my advice on this, but... You're young, if you change your major now, it's not a big deal. You don't have to go into a career that's going to make you rich, Kat. Go into one you love, one that you can see yourself doing for the next forty years and not getting tired of it. You've got a talent for the arts, especially photography. Even though it's a really competitive field, I'm positive you could make a killing in it. I've acutally been thinking about culinary school, to be honest... I'd like to have a restaurant someday, making food and making people happy. That's a lot more important to me than being a business administration major and graduating from the U... In any case, I know you'll figure it out. I just hope you know you'll be happy in the field you go into. You deserve to be doing something you love, not the thing that gets you through.
Tons of people at university are in their 30s or are middle-aged because they're gone through a career change. It's not impossible to do it if things don't work out.
I also totally agree. If it is something that makes you happy and what you want to do, I say go for it. You will make if profitable and your happiness should be more important anyway. Things will work out. Resember that.
