Ways to know that one is being a good employee: ten different people paused to tell one how polite and cheerful one was, and how much it brightened their days.

Two of said people snagged managers to comment on how "wonderful" and "really good" one is.

Ways to know that I am working too blessed hard: I broke my bra.

The best part is that I couldn't see anything special I'd done; I'd just commented on article of clothing/jewelry I thought was pretty and made conversation as I took the orders.

(Nah. Embarrassing as all get-out, though.)

With a safety pin or needle and thread, yeah. All I did was snap the strap. *How* I did it is the question. I am still not sure.

Especially since it means now I have to find my other bra, which has been very successfully practicing invisibility since last week. Pout.
