1) I ordered 4 books from The Book Depository in late November; 3 came just before Christmas, & the last one still hasn't arrived yet. Anyone had this problem before? I've just sent an email to BD (yes, have checked with the post office: nada) & I hope they solve this ASAP, cos I'm itching to order a couple more things soon. Now. Have they replied

Last time mine was pretty bulky and actually got 2 packages for the same order. Plus we were not at home and have to pick it up at Cheras. They only gave one to Sis (her office was nearer) and she had to again and ask them to search for it in the package room the next day after I confirmed the content

All fom the same order, but they sent in 4 separate packages, which appears to be their MO now, according to the FAQs. The best part? The one sent last is already here, & the one sent first tak sampai lagi. Ceh.

It's a Nokia C3. I know Symbian's just an OS, but I never really paid any attention to it, what with reading up on Win & Android & tablets. I just hope it's not holding the key to the Supreme Ebil Overlord of the Universe, & I never knew it. lol

I quit my job end of Nov, got sick the first 2 weeks, slacked like a sloth to the end of Dec. And the 1st week of Jan too, apparently. :P (Though, I did get sick again last weekend, so there went my resolution to start looking this week.) Day after, day after... \o/

Btw, I was quickly flitting through my flist when I saw: Arthur/his fingers. Well done, mate. My brain shorted out so badly, I immediately flailed, choked on phlegm, dropped oily sambal dip on my bedsheet, & knocked my cough syrup bottle off the table! XDD

THIS. THIS IS WHY WE HAVE THOSE WARNINGS LOL. I'm not kidding. It's like when you're watching those comedies where someone sees/reads/hears something so unexpected, they lose total coordination & become a dangerous klutz.

I dunno what's gonna happen when/if I read the fic itself. Maybe it's the lighting glinting off of my monitor or something, but I could've sworn "his fingers" meant they were sentient beings. I dunno either, okay!
