Oh, oh dear. Sorry, this is entirely my fault.

I don't remember the specifics, but likely it was because of some work you did that I wanted to keep track of (e.g. icons, fanfiction, etc).

So, er yeah, I hope that doesn't come off as rude or insensitive.
