So I promised Laura that I would make her eggrolls when she came down for her spring break. Unfortunately, I thought this week was the week of the 12th (spring break) so I went ahead a prepped the eggroll filling and bought the skins. I was a week early and I was not prepared to let good food go to waste. I made them and then took pictures of them
