and I have today, tomorrow, and Saturday to get the old place presentable before I hand the keys over again (and, man, are my back, knee, and wrists screaming at me over it).

Anywho, Betty's meet new nemesis. She's not used to having mirrors on her level and two of the closets in this place have mirrored doors. She concedes that other!cat is a ( Read more... )

*looks around for some English dead, then shrugs and gets back to work*

Isn't she a doll? I'm afraid my brother-in-law won't be willing to give her up :D

Did I show you this pic? It could totally be her (which my brother-in-law approves of):

Both your cats are adorable :D

Hmm. Jamie is generally a boys' name in this country. Personally, i'd go for Lucy or Grace, or Ziggy if she suits something more mischievous ;p

I need to post a better picture of Betty, too. She's really unusual for a house-cat (spots as well as stripes). This isn't her, but it looks a lot like her:

Wow. Descended from leopards and tigers? ;p

Lol, I was thinking of my sister's doll. She had a rather destructive personality when we used to play dollies... (the doll, not Tess), and her real name was Marion but we called her Ziggy. Infallible logic there.

That's one scary kitty-face on Ziggo ;p

Pandora's cute. My nana used to have a cat called Pandy - quite a big fierce one, but i think he was a boy.

the Mau is actually one of the oldest breeds of domestic cats, so who knows what wild kitties they have in their family tree going back. They're gorgeous (and feisty and noisy...)

the cat that Ziggo the battlebot is named after was apparently a complete terror and Ziggo the battlebot followed in his footsteps (only spinbot to ever win a championship)

Pandora/Pandy are good names but I was overridden by my niece. the kitten is now Spider (Spider Monkey Toechomper). Oddly, it really suits her *shakes head*

lol. i've known some kitties to be opportunistic attackers of toes but Spider actually crawls under the covers at night to get to mine. determined girl. Your Odo's fetish sounds less painful, lol

Here's Odo's picture. The post is pretty funny too if one has a sense of humor.

Aww, cute kitty is cute! I love that pic of her staring at her reflection, hee! As long as she doesn't headbutt herself, it's all good!

*gigglesnort* Foot fetishes...um...hitting a blank, I'll let you know if any suitable names pop up. And ha, nomming on your toeses, how adorable! I want to pat her little paw in that last pic. *sighs*

Spider (the kitten) has surprising jaw-strength for a 10 week old so it's suddenly not so much adorable as just painful ;p but she's a sweetie and I love her

and Betty hasn't headbutted herself so that's good :) I put up bird feeders and now she has actual living things to think about tearing to pieces. she quite likes it :D
