i'm so beat up right now. i've gone sailing for the past two days and today was major hard because the winds picked up and were really strong. i have cuts and bruises all down my legs and feet from slidin around avoiding the boom from hitting me (every time you turn around the sail flies n the other direction and you have to duck and switch sides ( Read more... )
