One of their best channels I think is XMKids, which manages to be upbeat and not retarded. Also, check out Cinemagic (movie scores), and Sonic Theater (audiobooks and short stories).

Listened to WEEI's coverage of "Opening Day" on the drive in to work this morning. And the Habs/Sens game as I was heading home last night.

oooh niiiice.

i've had a cobalt (or an ion, almost the same thing) as a rental car quite a few times. i've been really happy with it.

i still have a 97 Caravan with 225k on it, and it still has compression, though the electrical system is dying a slow death.

In the East, the teams to watch are Pittsburgh, Washington and the Rangers. Montreal is probably a good bet, too. I'd take Pittsburgh, though.

In the West, Detroit, Calgary and Dallas. I'm leaning to Detroit.

Pittsburgh's youth vs. Detroit's experience? Could be a seven-game barn-burner, and I'm not sure I'd want to pick it.
