We got our dog yesterday. He's a tan and white beagle that we named Aiden. I've taken some pictures, but I haven't gotten them on the computer yet. He's pretty good. He's mostly house-trained. Heh. I am soooooo tired. Do not wanna go to work. For the next 2 days. Blah. I need like a week straight off to do nothing. Absolutely nothing. Ha. Like that's ever going to happen . . .

So, shit happened and we're not likely going to get that dog Radar (the chihuahua mix). However, today we went to the Atlantic County animal shelter in P'ville, and we fell in love with this little beagle named Roger (name needs changing).

Hey kids,
I just wanted to let you all know that I didn't get around to Christmas cards this year. My life is just so crazy that it didn't seem worth it to stress out over a couple of cards. So I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and know that you're contributing to my mental health!

So . . . gays can have "civil unions" now in New Jersey. One step closer, right? They're talking about keeping the foundation of the "nuclear family" etc etc. I think I could count on one hand the number of "nuclear families" I know.

We went to Rifici's for dinner. At first we were like, yeah, this place is nice. By the end we were like, we're never coming back. And I have a tummy ache :( But that's pretty standard for me . . .

This is the dance we (Phi Delta Chi pledges) had to do at the holiday formal . . . the one we had to work on forever and I kept missing practices and people got pissed at me. But oh well. You can't see me at all in this video, but that's good ( Read more... )
