Entry Twenty Two - Zhou mi
Dear Journal,
I finally remembered to bring you with me to Korea. I’m staying in Kui Xian’s dorm. They refused to let Henry and I stay in a hotel, not that I really expected any different.
I still can’t believe how our concerts have been going. Henry and I agreed to appear on stage with the other members because we really do feel that we belong there. Something about being relatively new to the group and Heechul coming up and tucking one of us under one arm and the other under the other arm and then proceeding to parade us around like he is a proud father, tends to make us feel very welcomed.
Still we both are very aware of how the Korean fans feel about us. We have grown very used to hearing shouts of “only 13” and hiding how it makes us feel. We are ready to deal with that, and to keep performing as if nothing is wrong. What we weren’t prepared for was the excited screams as we came on stage. I nearly lost it in the middle of singing. I never expected that to happen until at least Super Show V. Fans will have no idea how truly touched just that made us.
Also I believe there is something strange happening in the dorms… Li Xu has been adding small packets of what looks like herbs to Yu Xing’s drink. I don’t know what they are for but I will have to talk to Yu Xing about it later.
