Like eating dessert at McDonalads

We created a double feature today. Saw The Dark Knight followed by Mama Mia!. The first was long and deep and "artistic" and the second was fun fluff. It was as if we went to the four star restaurant down the street and ate a rich and decadent dinner and followed it up with a cone from McDonalds

you can borrow my copy of ABBA gold and burn a copy if you'd like. i still haven't seen either movie, but the boys (connor and jay) did yesterday. neither was impressed with much other than the joker.

Leave it to boys to be unimpressed with a movie like that.
They are going to give Ledger the Oscar. Not because it's necessarily the best performance of the year, but when has that really ever made a difference. They are going to be all sappy about his accidental overdose and the good performance he gave.
