I have a few longer ideas in my head. I just have to coax them onto the page. Writing a drabble a week for the ar_drabbles comm is challenging. I need to take time to concentrate on longer fics.

I usually go for >1000words...the many more words the better hahaha. 100 is not enough, you know. We, shippers, can demand a lot ;)

Ah, but sometimes less is more. And it's definitely a skill--getting your idea across in 300 words or less & making an impact, be it serious or humorous. An author must chose words very carefully with a count restriction.

But I have broken the 1,000 word mark a couple of times.
