Btw, do you know if there's any way for us poor sods in Italy to follow the event live? I don't know, a streaming website or something? Or do we just have to wait (as usual) for torrents or for a kind soul to upload it for us?

I'm essentially going to wait. We are poor sods, it's true. Ma, per me, Italia e piu bella del Regno Unito, and not so cold! - so it's worth the wait. I'm sure it will be up less than half an hour after transmission. We fans are crazy that way.

Hee. Italy may be better than the UK weather-wise, but when it comes to good television (or government) I'd take the UK anyday.

Yeah, I'll be glued to my laptop till the wee hours of the night, waiting for that torrent.

She's not a big Doctor Who fan, but I'm easing her into the fandom, and I make enough references (as well as my brother, who's a big Who/Torchwood fan) that she picks up on it.

Plus, she loves David Tennant.
