I am impressed by your colorful chart! But I think we are all eager to see some photos.
You seem to have done a lot in a short time. Having renovated several houses, I am impressed. Of course, I must say that in our case, we did as much as possible ourselves, so it naturally took more time. When we had "professionals" do the work, it went faster. However, I found one has to watch them very closely!
The pictures will have to wait until we removed all boxes from all over the place ^^;;;
I think, apart from the electricity (of course!), the attaching of the drywalls (would have been a near impossible task over the staircase) and the plumbing + tiles, we did everything ourselves.
It saves quite some money if you can put the wallpapers up yourself :-) (even if it was a difficult task on/over the staircase ^^;;; Same goes for all the parquet/laminate floors.
Electric wiring is of course best done by a professional. Compliments on doing the parquet in particular: while not difficult per se, it is a great deal of tiring labor. I am sure you could do tiling if you wanted. I just got a manual and went on from there. Never attempt glass tiles, though, they're a bitch! Of course, doing floors is tough on your back and knees...
I stopped putting up wallpaper, because I dislike doing it. It certainly saves money to put it up yourself, but even more [and work] to just paint. Of course, when you have to deal with old plaster walls, wallpaper can be useful in hiding defects. [I think American workmen were not as skilled or careful as European ones]
