I suppose it really does depend of the person.. 150 various sit ups daily and no decrease in waist and count that for past 6 months with only around 20 days without any work out and about 10 with less. -.-; good luck to get that work..

I knew you'd say that ^^;;;
But as I said, sit-up of different types so that different parts of the tummy get trained. Or maybe your stomach is already in perfect shape? *.*

I do regular sit ups, turns, two different lower stomach/abs moves, hips/thighs/push ups which all also require the use of abs. Also many different yoga-based positions which need good abs to be able to stay in the position. Pilates- moves for inner long muscles...

I guess I do have good abs but for some reason, the fat above them doesn't leave.

definitely looked like he raided tsuyo's closet! umm... i don't know if he can pull it off. tsuyo looks charmingly eccentric. tsubasa just looks like he needs new pants :x

I think... some clothes should be labelled "for Tsuyo only" and Tsuba should stay clear of them. Really -.-;;;
